Unitah/Daggett -- Please specify which county group you are applying to coverResponsibilities include:Debris removal -- Minor repairs -- Winterizing properties -- Lawn Maintenance -- Janitorial -- Bidding/Completing larger repair work -- Taking specific photo documentationThose who will be considered will be required to have the following:o- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Checko- General construction/handyman knowledgeo- A positive attitude and work ethico- High attention to detail and provide quick and quality workmanshipo- Flexibility to work on weekendso- A digital camerao- Computer with internet connectiono- Knowledge of sending emails/general internet abilityo- Truck/Vano- Access to utility trailer with either mesh or wooden sideso- Generatoro- Wet/Dry Vaco- Vacuumo- Small air compressoro- Lawn mower/ weed eater/edger/hedge trimmerso- Other misc toolsShould you be accepted, you will be brought on as a sub contractor and will be compensated every two weeks on a net 30 day average.
